VACANCY: Midday Play Assistant

 

Pay range/ point: Grade 2 (£23,656 pro rata. £12.26 per hour) 

Hours: 7.5 hrs per week.  11.55 - 1.25 Monday - Friday, school term time only

Appointment: Temporary Contract (potential for permanent upon successful review)

Start date: ASAP

 

Crawford’s School in Haughley needs a new play and midday assistant to come and help at our lunchtimes.

 

You will:

• supervise children eating their lunch 

• support good quality play in our playground in accordance with our play policy

• encourage the development of social skills in children

• ensure the safety of all children

• administer first aid when necessary 

 

The children at Haughley are delightful, behaviour is good and the staff are friendly and supportive.
